Holiday gift guide 2015

It’s only ten days from Christmas and we were getting a bit anxious about all the presents we want to offer to family and friends. One thing we would love to avoid is to hit stores and malls a day or two before the 24th (nightmare!) and in a very unseasonal competitive mood, fight over that last lousy, expensive and nonpersonal present for our close ones. So when the nice folks of  UncommonGoods, a cool site where you can choose from hundreds of creative, unique and artisanal gifts, asked if I would like to team up and create my ultimate Holiday Gift Guide, I looked through their immense supply of beautiful and meaningful objects and went a bit crazy choosing more than one pressie for my loves.

Hopefully, my selection inspires you enough to get that relevant object that will make someone very happy this Christmas, and if you don’t find your joy on this list, you can take a look here or here. ;)

ONE. For the baker in your family,  those absolutely gorgeous stainless steel graduated cups with handmade Sheesham wood handles are a dream come true, he or she will be in heaven while making endless amounts of cookies for you.

TWO. That not-so-constant gardener of yours will be happy as a lettuce with that earthenware self-watering pot (I know I would).

THREE: A lovely pot for the tea that your Mom, sister or bff would die for.

FOUR: Don´t you know what to offer to that male friend who loves to create unique dishes? This Spicy honey will get to his heart.

FIVE: Vasos tequileros (Tequila glasses) made from pink Himalayan salt to say Salud. :)

SIX: Wine pairing towels people! Either for the newbie or for the wine expert in the fam.

SEVEN. A baking dish with a side of maths for the foddie and geek in your entourage.

EIGHT. For the youngest member of the tribe, those fortune cookie slippers will melt everyone’s heart, specially Mom and Dad.

Happy Shopping!

  1. Hola Heidi!!! Te conocí por la revista Navidad para compartir y desde cuando he querido venir a visitarte y comentar, te visito pero casi nunca tengo tiempo de comentar, jeje. Me fascina tu blog, y tu fotografía ¡me encanta!

Love it. Bees Knees honey is so mazing. I’ve not had any in forever! And I need those measuring cups in my life.

    Merry Christmas!
